Makex India is a family-led technology initiative exploring practical solutions for everyday public good.

A note of gratitude

Makex exists because a great deal was given to us before we could give anything back.

Our parents and family created opportunities through sacrifices we understood only gradually. Teachers and mentors gave us knowledge, confidence and, often, the reminder that education carries a responsibility beyond one's own career. Countless others make everyday life possible through work that is easy to overlook.

Our education, including at public institutions, was also enabled in part by resources contributed by society. We see that not as a credential to display, but as a responsibility to pass some of that opportunity forward.

There is a spiritual idea behind this too: gratitude should become action.

If anything useful eventually comes from Makex, we would like it to be a small reflection of what we received. It may not repay the same people directly, but we hope it carries their contribution forward into something useful for others.

This is one reason we keep returning to ordinary problems, overlooked capacity and people who are rarely at the centre of technology narratives.

Registration context

Makex India was registered under Udyam during an earlier phase when we were exploring a more formal operating model. The registration does not imply current consulting or commercial operations; it is retained as an administrative record and leaves room for future activity if some experiments eventually mature into products, collaborations or services.
